If you are ready to register, please find the program you wish to enroll your child in below to begin the online registration process.

Registration Requirements

1. A copy of the player’s birth certificate and a profile picture is required at time of registration. Please either scan a copy or take a picture of your child/rens official birth certificate/s to upload during the registration process.

2. A COVID-19 Return-to-Play Waiver will also be required before practice or competition of any kind. This form will be provided within the online registration process.
